Nicko Creates... A Moment in Nashville
This past weekend, I hit maximum creative serotonin levels in the only city chaotic enough to contain me: Nashville. And y’all, when I say it was legendary, I mean it in the “I may never emotionally recover from this” kind of way.
If you’ve been around here long enough, you know Allen Stone isn’t just my favorite artist—he’s practically my creative muse/spiritual twin/vocal therapist. His music has been the soundtrack to my life, from falling in love to “Give You Blue” being our first dance at our wedding. So when Globetrot weekend rolled around, you better believe I packed my suitcase, my vocal cords, and my emotional support ballcap.
Enter: The Surprise Plot Twist
I was already riding high from seeing Allen live (again). But then—plot twist of the century—Teddy Swims shows up like a soulful Santa Claus with tattoos. YES. THE Teddy Swims. Live. In. The. Flesh.
And just when I thought I couldn’t handle any more magic... I GOT TO SING.

If you felt a massive cosmic shift this weekend, it was probably me levitating straight off the planet. I was out-of-body, out-of-pocket, and officially out of chill.
